Below is the form to complete clarifying your intentions for our trip to the Christchurch Adventure Park fairy door hunt this week (week 4, 20/2). The form gives permission for your child(ren) to attend - they cannot come without your permission.

The timeframes are:
If you are meeting at school or transporting: 12:45 at school
If you are meeting at the Adventure Park carpark: LAs will be there by 1:20pm
If you are transporting back to school: Be at the Adventure Park carpark by 2:15pm
If you are picking up your child from the Adventure Park : Pick up is by 2.15pm as we have to be gone by 2.30pm.

Children will need:
- packed lunch
- water bottle
- sun hat
- sturdy walking shoes
- weather appropriate clothing (layers work well)
