Application for the Genesis Project
Thank you for taking time to complete the Genesis Project Application. Please be as honest as you can while filling out the following form.
Application Requirements:
1. Please read carefully the church’s statement of faith and explain anything with which you cannot agree.   *
2. Please include your resume of work experience as well as ministry and leadership experience *
3. We ask that you obtain references from two non-related adults.   *
One must be a pastoral recommendation.    
4. Please complete a Myers-Briggs test.  Found online at http://www.humanmetrics.com. *
Once you click the link, click on the Jung Typology Test link, then click Take Test and then click Do It! Please enter the result along with the percentage of each score, for example, I(23)N(10)T(6)J(18).  This test will take approx. 8 minutes to finish.
