RCGP Annual Conference 2026 - Crèche Sign Up

Please use this form to request a space in the crèche for the RCGP Annual Conference. The  crèche will be available 7:45-18:15 on on Thursday, 29 October and 8:00-18:00 on Friday, 30 October 2026. This service is available only for children aged 2 to 4 years old.

Please note: Spaces are highly limited and are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

After you complete and submit this form, our team will reach out to confirm if you have secured a spot. We will then add the crèche booking to your main conference account and provide you with instructions for payment.  The cost of the crèche is £48 per child per day (inclusive of VAT). Parents/guardians will be asked to provide a lunch for their child but the crèche will remain open and staffed throughout lunch.
