Cosplay Sign-up for Kids Under 13
This form is to sign-up a child under 13 to Walk the Red Carpet during Cosplay Show as part of The Fam Expo Mini Comicon on June 10, 2023 at Shell Place. All children participating in the Cosplay Show are expected to participate in a costume of their choice. The parent/guardian is responsible for preparing the costume in advance of the show. We have zero tolerance for any cultural appropriation. This sign-up MUST be finished and submitted by June 5, 2023 in order to confirm the child's entry in the Cosplay Show.
