The following questions are intended to provide us with a clear sense of your background and interests, along with helping you begin to explore how the Millennial Quest may most powerfully serve you.  Please feel free to take all the space that you need.

Participating in the Soulcraft Intensive in northern California from March 5 - 9, 2016 is a requirement for participating in the Millennial Quest program. Are you available for the dates of the Soulcraft Intensive? *
What amount of the sliding scale cost of $895 - $1315 for the Soulcraft Intensive do you plan to pay? *
This should include what you plan to contribute personally, from your family, and/or what you plan to fundraise personally? Contributing at a higher level allows those in need to be able to join us.
Participating in a 12-day Animas Quest is also a core part of the Millennial Quest program. Out of the potential Animas Quest programs that are being offered in 2016, what dates are most possible for you? *
We will work with individuals to find alternative programs if none of the potential dates are possible for you.

Scholarship & Fundraising Support

We realize there is a high cost to participating in this program and we will work hard and in partnership with you to make your participation possible.
What amount of a scholarship are you requesting to help cover the cost of the Soulcraft Intensive?
We are working to make the Millennial Quest program accessible to all who want to participate, and we also have limited scholarship funds.  Please request an amount for which the remaining amount is doable, although still a stretch and a sign of your commitment.
What amount of a scholarship are you requesting to help cover the cost of the Animas Quest?
