【誓約書】私は、Adenau 走行会にあたり、会場内で起きた事故、またそれらに関連して起こった事故・負傷・その他の事故で私自身及び同乗者・見学者の受けた損害について決して主催者及び Adenau 走行会関係者・後援・協賛各社 並びにコース管理者、その他の参加者などに対して、非難したり、責任を追及したり損害賠償を要求しないこと を誓約致します。万一、私が事故を引き起こした場合、事故に起因する全ての賠償責任を負い、他の参加車両との接触事故等でも当事者間で処理することを誓います。尚このこと、Adenau 走行会主催者、または関係者の手違いにより起因した場合であっても変わりません。また、運転者は、Adenau走行会参加に対して標準能力を持ち、参加車両についてもコースまたはスピードに対して的確であり、安全に走行が可能であることを誓います。お申し込み後、私の事情で参加できなくなった場合や、 参加車両の改造度や不良タイヤの装着等で走行当日走行拒否されてもそれに従い、参加料が返還されなくても異議を唱えません。

[Pledge] I hereby pledge not to blame, hold responsible, or seek compensation from the organizers, Adenau event organizers, sponsors, and other participants for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that occur within the venue or related to the Adenau event, including any damages suffered by myself, my passengers, or spectators. In the unlikely event that I cause an accident, I will assume full responsibility for any resulting damages, and any collisions with other participating vehicles will be resolved between the parties involved. This does not apply even if the accident is caused by a mistake made by the Adenau event organizers or other participants. I also pledge that I am a driver with the standard of competence required for the Adenau event, and that my participating vehicle is capable of driving safely and at the appropriate speed and course. I will accept and not object to a refund of my participation fee if, after registering, I am unable to participate for personal reasons, or if my vehicle is refused entry on the day of the event due to modifications to my vehicle or defective tires, etc.
