IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE WEEKEND:
Email notification of Team placement will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the first Team meeting.
3 Team meetings are held prior to the weekend and workers MUST attend 2 of the 3 meetings to work the weekend. Team members are required to be present the entire weekend including set up on Thursday evening and cleanup on Sunday evening.

Partial scholarships are available but MUST be arranged by speaking with a council member at the first meeting.
