Groundswell Incubator Farm Application 2024
Instructions:
Please submit this form by March 1st, 2024. The Incubator Farm Manager and the hiring committee will review applications and then hold interviews starting March 6th to March 8th. Applicants will be informed of final decisions by the end of March 15th. You may reach out to the Incubator Farm manager Yao Foli (Chacha) if you have any questions or you need more information: yao_foli@groundswellcenter.org.

Visiting the Incubator Farm:
If you're interested in applying but not familiar with the Incubator Farm, you're welcome to schedule a visit and tour with Yao Foli (Chacha) in the month of January.  If you have any questions or you need more information please reach out to him at yao_foli@groundswellcenter.org.

Option for video submission:
If you prefer to answer questions in a video format, you may submit a video up to 5 minutes in length. Email Yao Foli (Chacha) the answers to questions 1-5, your full name, pronouns, phone, and address, plus the link to your video file. Google Drive and Dropbox are two options to use to upload your video. If you need any assistance with this process, please email yao_foli@groundswellcenter.org.
