Hi Seniors!

Do you need a copy of your transcript for anything? College Application(s)? Scholarship? Insurance? Please fill out the form below so that we have one place we are looking and can ensure that you receive your transcript in a timely manner. Our goal is to accommodate your request within three school days.

This this will be an UNOFFICIAL transcript and you can choose to have it emailed to your STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT or pick up in the counseling office.

As of 12/01/25, if you need an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT sent, that will go directly from the school to the location of your choice. You need to provide in the QUESTIONS/COMMENTS section either the physical address or the email address as to where this transcript should be sent. After three official transcripts have been sent, there will be a $5 charge for each additional transcript.
