In order to qualify, the book must have been first published in the United States in 2016. To nominate a title, you must be a student in Oregon or you must work in a school or library in Oregon. The nomination form will be available until March 1st.

When you nominate, please include the full title, the author's name, and which division you think it belongs in (Upper Elementary School, Middle School, or High School).
