Family Social Club is a Grown-up and Me Class, Open Play, and Event Space in Clinton, MS focused on families with children from birth to age six. We are a space of respite for adults and fun for the littles.
Our Play Hosts are the heart of what we do every day at Family Social Club. The ideal Play Host candidate must be 16-years-old or older and enjoys interacting with both children and adults, displays enthusiasm and patience in helping maintain our space and supporting our community of moms, dads, other caregivers and children, has an eye for detail and a positive attitude to provide an excellent experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities of a Play Host include welcoming children and their families into the space, running the check-in and retail systems, cleaning and interacting in the play space, and facilitating birthday parties and events.

Play Hosts have flexible schedules based around your needs (school schedules can be accommodated) and are paid $10/hour. FSC employees with children ages 0-6 get a free Open Play Membership, 20% off event rentals and special access to all our events. As long as job duties are able to be performed effectively, Play Hosts with children are typically allowed to bring one child while working Open Play and Classes but not birthday parties or private events.

Our current need is mostly for weekday mornings and afternoons and Saturday Play Hosts during birthday parties, but we are always looking to add members with flexible schedules to our part-time team.

(Family Social Club is a play space like a miniature children's museum, not a childcare facility.)

What is your availability?

We are currently most in need of weekday and Saturday Play Hosts, but please share weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, and weekends. We are open 9am-12:30pm and 2-5:30pm on Weekdays and 9am-6pm (including birthday parties) on Weekends.
