Volunteers are required to sign up for a minimum of two (2) shifts over the event weekend of November 7-8, 2026.
What does the day look like? Friday night is load-in, we'll be moving backdrops in, setting up content creation stations and setting up vendor booths. Friday night might end earlier but setting time from 6-10pm to be safe. For Saturday & Sunday the busiest time will be at the start and end of each day. Set up on Saturday looks like assembling gift bags, double checking vendor set up and signage looks good, setting up the registration table, manning registration from 8am-9:30am. Closing duties are making sure vendors are good for the evening, nothing of significance is left out overnight, and spaces are tidy for the next morning. Saturday night closing duties will include prepping the VIP dinner room and checking-in VIP guests. Sunday tear down will be helping pack up decor and supplies, putting them on luggage carts to load out.
The majority of your volunteer time will look like being available as needed to: guest check-in, assist with speaker prep (mic, opening doors for entrance, refreshing water on stage), set up VIP dinner, check on vendors, mingle with attendees to keep the vibes high, listening to the speakers and enjoying the FEMPIRE experience!
We will do our best to accommodate any "must see/hear" speakers so you can be fully present and receive.
