This form is to give the TAHA Board a written record of a complaint that you would like us to deal with. In filling out this form, you acknowledge that this situation has been a clear violation of your living situation here in Timberline Acres. While we discourage using this form for smaller complaints that can be resolved by a respectful conversation with your neighbor, we do recognize that sometimes a third party, like an association board, is necessary to help resolve serious situations.
