Funding and political support for harm reduction is in crisis in many countries around the world. Harm reduction is evidence-based, cost effective and has a positive impact on individual and community health. This event will raise awareness of the crucial role played by the Global Fund as the biggest donor of harm reduction, share innovative and impactful experiences in harm reduction advocacy and service delivery and aims to strengthen dialogue and collaboration between people who use drugs, harm reduction leaders, governments and the Global Fund in order to enhance domestic investment.
