Springville PTO Membership 2022-2023

Dear Springville Parents, Guardians, Faculty, and Staff,

Please join us in showing your support for Springville School by becoming a member of the PTO.  All money raised by our membership drive is used to help fund various events and activities held throughout the year for our students and families.  Funds are also used to help enhance the building and school grounds with donations such as playground and fitness equipment, books for the classrooms and library, and printed/electronic communication to parents.  Our membership contribution is only $7.00 per FAMILY. 


You may send your contribution by Cash, Check or Cheddar App. 

If contributing by CASH or CHECK, please fill out and submit the PTO Membership Form online, and then, send in with your child a sealed envelope marked “PTO Membership” and your NAME. 

Please make CHECKS payable to: “Springville PTO”.
