Agentic AI Agents - Early Access Program

We’re delighted to introduce our Early Access Program (EAP) for Zendek’s agentic AI agents—the next generation of goal-oriented, truly conversational AI systems. This program is designed to offer early adopters hands-on experience with our new product, while helping us refine to ensure it delivers maximum value. Below, you’ll find an overview of what agentic AI agents are, what you can expect, and what we’re looking for from participants in this exclusive program.


What Is an Early Access Program?

An Early Access Program is an invitation-only initiative that provides a select group of customers with early (and sometimes exclusive) access to new products or features. EAP participants get an inside track on the latest developments, have a chance to influence the product roadmap, and receive direct support from our product and engineering teams. In return, we ask for your feedback on usability, functionality, and overall experience.


Meet agentic AI Agents

Agentic AI agents are shifting the paradigm of automated conversations. Instead of rigid intent-based or dialogue flow bots, agentic AI agents:

  • Have Agency: They can reason, plan, and make decisions to solve user problems in real time, interacting with relevant tools and systems as needed.
  • Provide Control: They adhere to your business policies and processes without deviating. You remain the decision-maker for automation scope and rules.

  • Are Easy to Use: Agentic AI agents work with minimal setup—no AI training, no chat flow design needed—and guides you wherever supervision is necessary.

  • Promote Comfort: They feel natural to interact with—no more forced “bot-speak.” Your users can talk as they normally would, and Agentic AI agents will respond with effortless fluency and, if appropriate, multimedia elements.

Ultimately, agentic AI agents move past the limitations of scripted chatbots and first-wave generative bots, delivering higher automated resolution rates, lower operational costs, and a more engaging experience for end-users.

Zendesk customers who don’t yet have AI agents - Advanced are encouraged to reach out to their account manager to explore options and potential participation in the EAP.
