Scripps-Southwestern MESA Summer Program Application 2025
Summer research opportunity for Southwestern College STEM students majoring in Biology and Chemistry:

1.  Interested in research and its applications, especially in the fields of Neurobiology, Microbiology, Immunology, and/or Chemical Biology (Explore more at Scripps Research) 
2.  Planning to transfer from SWC to a 4-year college or university
3.  Completed some core STEM classes towards their major
4.  3.0 GPA or above preferred
 
Dates: June 2nd - August 8th 2025 (In-Person at Scripps Research in La Jolla)

Program benefits include:

1. Ten Weeks cutting-edge research experience guided by faculty and their research teams
2.  $6,000 Stipend to support your full participation and dedication to this program
3.  Professional development workshops and community building activities
4.  Presentation of your work at Summer Research Symposium at Scripps and other professional venues
