Q. What happens after I submit this form?
A. Your assignment will be posted within 24-48 hours on the Redlands Ayso website under "Practice Field Assignments" located within "Important Documents" on the main page of the website.
Q. Do you offer offsite practice locations and times?
A. No, these are the only practice days & times available. Teams cannot practice at offsite locations.
2. Practice request form directions:
a. Fill out all required information on this GOOGLE form.
b. Choose your First preferred Day & Time.
c. Choose you Second preferred Day & Time (Cannot be the same as your first preference)
d Choose your Third preferred Day & Time (Cannot be the same as your first or second preference)
e. Press Submit.
3. To view your practice assignment visit the www.AYSO50.ORG (Redlands Ayso Website) under "Important Documents"
4. To avoid congestion & confusion all teams will be required to have an assigned practice day & time, and location.
5. The location of your assigned team practice will be located on one the fields in your division. Example, U8 team practices will take place on U8 fields only. Please do not practice on other areas/fields that are not assigned to you.
6. Preferred days & times are on a first come, first serve basis. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred day & time request. This is why we ask you to select 3 options that work best for you.
7. You can only select alternating dates, Mondays & Wednesdays, or Tuesdays & Thursdays. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. You can ONLY select from the following times, 4:30-5:30p, 5:45-6:45p, and 7:00-8:30pm. There are no other time blocks available to choose from. There are 15-minutes between shifts to allow coaches to vacate their area and allow the next team to set up. Please be courteous!
9. If you coach multiple teams in different divisions, you must fill out a form for EACH team you coach.
10. Practice space is limited to 1-grid. What is a Grid? Imagine a soccer field in your age division divided into 4 equal squares. A Grid is Approximately 1/4 of a field in the respective division. Your team will be assigned 1-Grid. (Space may be reduced to 1/8 of a field if required) Some fields may not be available until 5:15pm.
11. If you need to change your original practice dates please reach out to your division commissioner. They will reach out to the scheduler. Please do not submit a new request form.
