You must be at least 21 years of age by the date of the event in order to Volunteer and present a valid state-issued ID to enter the gate.
All volunteers are expected to arrive before their scheduled shift to allow time to navigate parking and entrance lines in order to be on duty to relieve other shift members, change into your event t-shirt, receive wristbands, and receive instructions.

Please plan to allow 15-minutes prior to your shift to get situated so that the person you are scheduled to relieve is able to leave on time Volunteers are also expected to be courteous, observe safety regulations, and report any unsafe or inappropriate activities at the event to a City employee or Police Officer on site.

We respectfully ask that you register to volunteer only if you can commit to working the entire shift as we are not able to cover partial shifts during the event.

If you are willing to perform more than one duty, please select the option for "Flexible" allowing us to assign you where we need you the most. We will notify you to confirm your assignment and provide instructions about receiving your parking pass, sign in, t-shirt, etc. the week prior to the event. Note: We will make every effort to accommodate your first duty choice, however, due to changing needs and safety of all participants, we may assign you to where we need volunteers the most. If we cannot grant your first request, we will offer you another duty and you may choose to decline. *

Volunteers will receive a Brewfest T-shirt to be worn during service at the event. What size shirt do you request? *
You must wear your Brewfest Volunteer T-shirt and non-consumer wristband while volunteering. Once you are finished, you should change into your street clothes and obtain a consumer wristband at the information booth or volunteer tent if you wish to sample beer . You will receive tokens and a glass when you swap your wristband. The WA State Liquor board requires appropriate attire and wristbands to be worn or you may be fined. *
