Teachers and associate staff who are current or aspiring middle leaders, responsible and accountable for any element of school provision and the performance of a team. You will be leading others to collectively deliver excellence, raise standards and impact directly on the outcomes of children and young people in the classroom.  Examples include heads of department/subject, faculty, key stage/phase, pastoral leaders and whole school co-ordinators.  Depending on the level of experience and specialism, provision will be personalised accordingly from novice to expert middle leaders.
