Licence The Artist hereby grants to the Licensee a licence to use, alter, edit and amend the Works for the purpose of designing, manufacturing, advertising and selling products featuring the Works or derivative works based on the Works.
Copyright and Art Release The Artist will retain all copyrights and ownership of their art. The Artist retains rights so as long as they do not use the art in the following method.

The Artist retains digital rights outside of the Company use for promotions. The Artist may sell or repackage the digital version as they please as long as it is 50% the size of source art provided for manufacturing.
Promotions The Artist must promote the product on all major social, online services they use.
Warranties etc. The Artist warrants and represents that he/she is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in the Works and that the use of the Works by the Licensee as anticipated by this Agreement will not give rise to the infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights or any other rights of any third party.
The Artist will provide, at the Licensee's request, within a reasonable period of time, electronic copies, in high resolution digital format, either PNG or flattened PSD, of such artwork relating to the Works as the Licensee reasonably requires in order to be able to reproduce the Works on the Licensed Products and the packaging for the Licensed Products.
