For enrolled students, when the requester exceeds the number of allowable password reset, he/she should write a letter to their respective principal/dean stating the reason why the account is to be reset again. Invalid reasons may lead to account suspension. Please allow within the University's working hours for us to verify your account if it is necessary to reset your password. We will not publicly disclose your email and your password so please do not ask for your account details. The University of the Assumption and Google reserves the rights to deny resetting of passwords and account suspensions due to activities that may disrupt/non-compliance to the UA Flex/SERP services provided.
