Forest Hills Tuv Ha'Aretz CSA Spring/Summer 2026 Registration
Welcome to online registration for Spring/Summer shares for 2026! We will be continuing with Norwich Meadows Organic Farm.  We are grateful to have Norwich Meadows Farm provide high-quality organic veggies and exceptional service to us!   Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership where urban consumers receive fresh, nutritious vegetables while helping to sustain the livelihoods of regional farmers.  In a CSA arrangement the farmers pre-sells “shares” of their farm’s upcoming harvest to individuals, families, and institutions.

Traditional Veg Box

The Traditional Veg Box is the core CSA share, designed for home cooks who want reliable, seasonal vegetables they can use every week. Each share includes a balanced mix of familiar staples—carrots, leafy greens, onions, and seasonal squash—harvested fresh and meant for everyday meals.  Alongside these basics, members may see occasional specialty items as they come into season, but the focus remains practical and flexible cooking. This share reflects how we grow and harvest across the year, using our Organic & Regenerative practices.

 Chef Box

The Chef Box is a more experimental share, built around the specialty crops we grow for restaurants. While it does include familiar vegetables, they often appear in chef-driven forms—such as Kyoto carrots, Little Gem lettuce, or baby leeks—alongside trial varieties and limited-run plantings selected for flavor, texture, and culinary interest.

Shares may also include harder-to-find items such as salsify, fresh Aleppo peppers, flageolet beans, and cardoons—vegetables rarely found in standard markets. This box is best suited for confident cooks who enjoy seasonal surprises and working with distinctive ingredients straight from the field.

Share pick-ups will be on Wednesdays -  beginning in June and lasting for 22 weeks through November.
