When patrons have questions about OverDrive that library staff are unable to solve, library staff may contact OverDrive for assistance. OverDrive will respond with information that library staff can pass along to patrons (OverDrive will not contact patrons directly).
Your SCLS library can sign up for an OverDrive Content Reserve account so library staff can submit support requests to OverDrive. Support accounts will also have access to OverDrive reports.
