All students who ride the shuttle MUST complete an additional contract with their parent and return to school by Friday, September 6th. (Contracts will be given to the students riding the shuttle on the first day of school). I also understand that by signing this form I agree that my student will follow the behavior expectations on the shuttle daily, or may not be allowed to ride.
