Welcome to your new support group! FAST Fitness Small Group Training offers the best of both Group Fitness and Personal Training by providing interaction with peers, and the attention of a Personal Trainer to engage participants in a stronger sense of camaraderie while working to reach their goals. With groups of 3-5 individuals, you will receive immediate feedback to drive measurable results. Classes run for six weeks and are held twice per week. Register in advance, as space is limited!
Spring Session 1: Monday, January 01/20- 03/02

3x/week = $175.00
