Hire price includes set-up and take down time. Setup is normally from 4.30pm Thursday and clear-up is after 4.00pm on Sunday. We normally allow 2 hours for set-up and 1 hour for take-down. As we are in the city centre there are loading restrictions operating between 10am and 4.30pm.
Trading hours are: Friday 12.30 - 5pm, Saturday 10- 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm
Hire cost per pop-up space (3 available)£100 each for the weekend (Friday-Sunday inclusive) or £150 for December weekends prior to Christmas. (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd December 2017). Please note we cannot make reductions if you take more than one space, and this hire cost assumes you will staff your unit and manage your own sales for the whole period.
A deposit of 50% of the total hire cost is required to confirm your reservation.
So far our pop-ups have been used for selling crafts, jewellery, fashion, massages and haircuts, We have a number of display props including tables, shelving, plinths, mannequins, display cabinets, lights, available on first-come first-served basis at no extra charge. (details below) If your goods are wall-based only, such as an art exhibition, we may be able to extend your exhibiting time into the week for no extra charge, making it easier for running exhibitions over longer periods. With the capacity to hang large numbers of pictures (depending on size) this is a great value city centre gallery space for artist collectives.
THiNK reserves the right to refuse hire for any reason.Please note that city centre loading restrictions apply between 10am and 4:30pm. Hirers will need to arrange insurance for their display items and also public liability insurance for their unit. We can provide advice on this if required.
