Terms of Service
1. Copyright
★ I retain the rights to the produced digital artwork, meaning I can post it, display it anywhere, use it for promotion, and print it (artbooks/prints) unless you request otherwise.
★ The artwork is for personal use only, which includes printing it for your own use, using it as profile pictures, and posting it to your socials (credit is appreciated, but not necessary).
★ Do not alter, edit, or claim my work as your own. Don't remove my signature. Cropping and re-sizing it is okay :-)
2. Process
★ Successfully submitting a form means I've added your commission to my queue.
★ If everything's ok with the form, I will simply send you an invoice, then email you when I start.
★ Depending on complexity and the overall amount of commissions, some may take longer to complete. I try to get smaller sketches done within two to three weeks, larger pieces can be upwards of a month. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out via email at grozat.art(at)gmail.com, and I will get back to you ASAP.
★ WIPs are available for works above the $100 price point. If you decide you'd like to see WIPs, I will not complete the commission without your approval at each stage.
★ After I send you the commission, I'll do a round of adjustments if needed.
★ If I've made any mistakes, like missed a piercing, misread the ref, or forgot an element - I'll naturally fix it for you for no additional charge. If you'd like a major change that was not due to a mistake on my end (e.g. you decide you'd like me to add an extra element or change the lighting) I may have to charge for it.
3. Payment
★ The full price must be paid upfront via PayPal, in USD.
★ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, or you cancel before I let you know I've started, you will receive a full refund.
★ If you're unhappy with the commission or want to cancel after I've started, I can offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work completed.
4. Contact
★ I'll send the finished work to you via email, attached or as a link to google drive.
★ I hang onto the files on my google drive for several months after sending, but once it's sent, please download it ASAP.
★ If you're worried your commission hasn't reached you, and you haven't received any contact from me, please reach out! Something's probably gone wrong. I'll be able to give you an update or re-send your commission.
★ If you requested to see WIPs, I won't proceed without getting your input. I'm happy to wait a few weeks for a reply, I understand life gets busy! The max time I'll wait is six months, and after that, I'll consider the commission cancelled.

- non-sexual nudity (to be discussed)
☚ things I won't draw:
- fanart of licensed characters unless there is blanket permission from the creator
- any nsfw, any sexual acts or images
- anything ideological/political
- anything hateful/offensive
I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
