Terms of Service

1. Copyright
★ I retain the rights to the produced artwork, meaning I can post it, display it anywhere, use it for promotion, and print it (artbooks/prints) unless you request otherwise.
★ The buyer can use the work for personal use only, including printing it, using it on their social media, and posting it (credit is appreciated).
★ Do not alter, edit, or remove my signature from any artwork, or claim it as your own. Cropping and re-sizing is okay :-)

2. Process
★ If everything's ok with the form, I will simply send you an invoice.
★ Depending on complexity and the overall amount of commissions, some may take longer to complete. I try to get smaller sketches done within two weeks, larger pieces can be upwards of a month. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out via email at linktr.ee/grozat
★ WIPs are available for works above the $100 price point.
★ If no wips were sent and I've made a mistake, I'll fix it for you for no additional charge.

3. Payment
★ The full price must be paid upfront via PayPal, in USD.
★ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, or you cancel before I have started, you will receive a full refund.
★ If you're unhappy with the commission or want to cancel after I've started, I can offer a partial refund, just let me know.

- light gore (to be discussed)
- animals
- objects
- artistic, non-sexual nudity (to be discussed)

☚ things I won't draw:
- fanart of licensed characters unless there is permission from the creator
- any nsfw, any sexual acts or images
- anything ideological/political
- anything hateful/offensive 

I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

CUSTOM COMMISSION ONLY : your price of choice. This can be anything between $30 - $250 and the overall complexity will depend on the amount. If this is unclear or you'd just prefer to discuss it first, please feel free to reach out to me via email or dms!
