Enhance anti-discrimination laws and enforcement for home appraisals and mortgage approvals
Integrate financial and savings interventions into existing rental housing programs

Create more "shared equity" programs that limit wealth-building, but maintain the supply of affordable homes for low-income households
Increase the supply of affordable homes in all Wards and neighborhoods and reduce segregation
Reduce investor purchases of homes and reduce conversion of ownership to rental
Maintain housing affordability across a wide set of income groups to reduce the pressures of gentrification and displacement
Update zoning codes to increase the number of homes that are allowed to be built
Increase the supply of homes by expanding financing for construction and reducing costs for building
Expand programs that allow for conversion of rental to ownership
