Martin Hall: Resident Interaction Form - September 2025

Student Staff are expected to be experts of their communities. A key part of this role is regularly and meaningfully engaging with residents to build positive relationships. These connections help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where students can thrive.

This month’s focus is on Emotional Wellness, which includes having the tools to manage life’s ups and downs and build healthy, satisfying relationships. As you engage with your residents, consider how they’re adjusting emotionally and what support they may need.

Please complete this form after each interaction. Your responses will contribute to a monthly Resident Interaction Report, which will help you—and your Hall Director—identify trends and community needs. This will better equip you to plan purposeful programs and continue building strong connections.

You can find more guidance on resident interaction expectations in the HRL Student Staff Site. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Hall Director.
