What position(s) are you interested in for the following EIS PTO Committees?

6TH GRADE FUN NIGHT - plan a grade level event early fall, to take place at the school, usually on a Friday evening

SCHOOL STORE - purchase items to sell to students during lunch to students and report to EIS Exec board

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK (2) -organize all luncheons and activities related to Teacher Appreciation Week in the spring

ONLINE AUCTION -Assist VP External Fundraising/FAN by enter all online auction items for the Fundraising team obtained by the VP-Fundraising and committee.

FALL FUNDRAISER INITIATIVE - Assist VP External Fundraising/FAN by coordinate and promote fundraising initiatives; media alerts and communication to the Social Communications committee for posting to social media accounts and EIS PTO website

BEAUTIFICATION - tend to the aesthetic appearance of the exterior flowerbeds of EIS property

SPIRIT SHOP - design, ordering, delivery and sales of all Spirit Shop inventory

SOCIAL COMMUNICATIONS- maintain/update webpage, all social media communications, and remind alerts (training provided for remind)

COMMUNITY PARTNERS-Work with VP External Fundraising/FAN in identifying and working with community businesses who will give a portion of sales proceeds to EIS

FUND-A-NEED CHAIR-Assist VP External Fundraising/FAN with auction items included but not limited to cataloging, sponsorship, etc

TEACHER WISH LIST- Assist the VP External Fundraising by coordinating teachers wishlist for auction

TEACHER EXPERIENCES-Assit the VP External Fundraising/FAN with the teacher experience portion of the fall auction

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS-Birthday gram and fulfilment of birthday carts from auction

GRADE LEVEL COORDINATOR (5TH)- organize the grade level parties with lead grade teacher; oversee homeroom parents

GRADE LEVEL COORDINATOR (6TH)- organize the grade level parties with lead grade teacher; oversee homeroom parents

FRONT OFFICE GIFTS- purchase holiday and EOY gifts for front office staff

HOSPITALITY- coordinate staff luncheons every other month

SNACKS - coordinate sign up genius, parent volunteers, and set up of weekly teachers snacks
