This program is for clients who need help in administering the uncontested small estates ($50,000 or less) of loved ones who died from COVID-19.

If the decedent had assets, do you know the value of those assets? Only estates with values of $50,000.00 dollars or less are eligible for this program.  Assets can include bank accounts, investment accounts, cars, boats, and also insurance policies that do NOT contain a beneficiary. *

Have you already filled out the NYS Surrogate's Court Small Estate Affidavit Do it Yourself ("DIY") form (http://www.nycourts.gov/courthelp/DIY/smallEstate.shtml)?   If no, a volunteer attorney can help you complete and submit the form. *
