Entry Fee - $300

Booth setup begins at 7:00 am.

Vendors must register with the event coordinator no later than 8:00 am on the day of the festival. No vehicle traffic allowed after 8:30 am

Vendor booths must remain intact until the festival concludes at 5:00 pm.

Vendors may walk booth components out of the area, but no vehicles will be allowed until 6:00 pm and only with Block Captain approval.

Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, coverings, etc.

Tents must be secured without impeding fire lanes.

***There will be no electricity supplied. Generators cannot exceed 65 decibels.

Due to the uneven surface of streets, leveling materials may be needed.

Booths are encouraged to have visibility from front to back so the shops and business on Troy Street can be seen from the front of the booth.

Parking is first come, first served on the day of the event.

No animals are allowed except for service animals.

No outside alcohol is allowed.

The Spring Valley Tailgate & BBQ Festival Committee are not responsible for tents, cookers, equipment and/or personal items left on the grounds before, during or after the contest. The Spring Valley Tailgate & BBQ Festival Committee reserves the right to make additional rule changes as the situation warrants. Decisions made by the committee are final.

Violation of any rules of the contest may result in disqualification, expulsion from the contest, and/or disqualification from future participation.
