Service-Learning Community Organization Evaluation
Thank you for partnering with Durham Technical Community College this semester!  This form provides feedback from non-profit agencies and organizations at which Durham Tech service-learning students volunteered. This form should be completed once per organization/agency, even if multiple students served at your site.  

Please take a moment to provide us with some feedback on your experience. Your responses will help us measure the impact of service-learning and make improvements to our program.
