2023 USTA Adult National Tournament Bid Application Form
Recap of the application process:
1. Submission of application.
2. The Adult Competition Committee will consider application and will convene and will either approve or disapprove. Applicants will be contacted thereafter.
6. If the tournament is approved, please complete the "sanction form" through Serve Tennis. An agreement will be sent via Docu-Sign. The sanction fee is $100.
