The Board of Education of Community High School District 94 provides an opportunity for public comments at each open meeting in accordance with Board Policy 2:230.
Board Policy 2:230 states that comments by any one member of the public shall be limited to five (5) minutes and the total time allotted to public comment shall be limited to thirty (30) minutes. Personal charges or complaints against individual employees, volunteers or students of the District should not be initiated during public comment.
You may address the Board at each open meeting in person. There are 2 options for this:
(1) You may address the Board in person a the meeting. If you are attending the meeting in person and wish to address the Board then, simply complete the Public Comment form provided at the meeting. Do not complete this electronic form.
(2) You may submit your comments electronically if you do not want to address the Board in person. To submit your comments electronically, please complete this form.
COMPLETION OF THIS FORM MUST OCCUR NO LATER THAN 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE MEETING TO BE READ AT THAT MEETING.

Reunión de la Mesa Directiva – Participación del Público
La Mesa Directiva de la Escuela Preparatoria (High School) del Distrito 94 ofrece una oportunidad para comentario público en cada sesión abierta de acuerdo con la Política de la Directiva 2:230.
La Política de la Directiva 2:230 establece que el comentario por parte de cualquier miembro del público deberá ser limitado a cinco (5) minutos y el tiempo total permitido para comentario público deberá quedar limitado a treinta (30) minutos. Cargos personales o quejas de manera individual en contra de empleados, voluntarios o estudiantes del distrito no deberán ser iniciados durante el comentario público.
Se puede uno dirigir a la Mesa Directiva en cada sesión abierta en persona.
Hay 2 opciones para esto:

Puede dirigirse a la Junta en persona en la reunión. Si asistirá a la reunión en persona y desea dirigirse a la Junta, simplemente complete el formulario de comentario público proporcionado en la reunión. No complete este formulario electrónico.
(2)
Puede enviar sus comentarios electrónicamente si no desea dirigirse a la Junta en persona. Para enviar sus comentarios electrónicamente, complete este formulario.DEBEN LLENAR ESTE FORMULARIO NO MÁS TARDE DE 2 HORAS ANTES DEL COMIENZO DE LA REUNIÓN PARA LEIDO EN ESA REUNIÓN.
