2025 Shelburne Falls Oktoberfest Vendor Registration

We would like to invite you to participate in the 2nd annual Shelburne Falls Oktoberfest, a community-focused fundraising event hosted by Buckland-Shelburne Elementary School. The event will take place on Saturday, October 4th, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our school, with a rain date of October 11th.

Shelburne Falls Oktoberfest will feature a beer tent, live music, kids' activities, and a variety of food and craft vendors, making it a fun and engaging day for families and community members. 

All proceeds from this event will go directly to supporting our students' annual field trip to Nature's Classroom, an invaluable educational experience.

The deadline to register as a vendor is 8/30 but we greatly appreciate early registration/payment.

Please note:
-Vendors are responsible for providing and setting up their own table and/or tent. 
-Vendors are responsible for providing their own source of electricity if needed.

-If you are planning to sell food or host a bake sale, it is your responsibility to contact Randy Crochier, FRCOG Health District Program Manager (rcrochier@frcog.org 413-834-5729), in order to get a temporary food permit for day of event.
