Camp Candy Pizza Box Order Form 
Thank you so much for ordering a Camp Candy Pizza Box from Party On Port! If you would like to order more than one Box, please submit a new form for each one. Once you submit the form, I will reach out to confirm your order and provide Venmo information and pick up/delivery details. Please note, your order will not officially be placed until you receive a confirmation from me. 

VERY IMPORTANT: All Visiting Day orders must be picked up by WEDNESDAY JULY 16th. Please keep that in mind when you list the date you need your box by!

Camp Candy Pizza Boxes are $45. They are 8"x8" boxes decorated with your choice of 8-10 personalized stickers and tissue paper/ribbon in the camp colors. Inside they are packed with an assortment of wrapped candy.
