NOTE: The Alumni/Alumni Parent Campus Access program is currently on hold until the campus reopens for the 2020/2021 school year. The re-opening of the ASD Campus is subject to directives from the Dubai government. We look forward to welcoming our Alumni community back to Campus as soon as it is safe to do so.


Please follow these steps exactly to register for, and receive, an I.D. badge:

1)  Complete this request form. You will be emailed a copy of your response. Print a copy of the form as you will need it for the next stage of the process.

2)  Bring a printed copy of your response email in order to have a photo taken on campus at the photo station (near Nurse's office). You must bring your original Emirates I.D.

3) Pick up the new I.D. badge at gate 1 (3) days after the photo taken is taken. Please bring your original Emirates I.D.

**Please note that Alumni/Alumni Parents may not bring guests onto campus at this time and that access to the campus facilities is according to the Facility Access Schedule.

If a family requires more than one I.D. badge, please complete an additional form for each applicant.
The first Alumni / Alumni Parent I.D. badge is free. Should an I.D. badge be lost or stolen, replacements cost AED 50.
