SEC Potluck Social Food List
WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING?
Please let us know what sweet or savory dish, that tells a story, that feeds 8 - 10 people, you're bringing to the SEC Spring Social Potluck below.

BRING A SERVING DISH and UTENSIL for your dish, please.

If you are bringing a guest or two please let us know their name and what dish they are bringing as well.

If you have more than two guests email the information for the remaining guests directly to Claire Ancona-Berk (claire.ab@gmail.com ).

There is a team that is coordinating the food so we don't get too much of the same dish and in order to make sure we get a balance of savory and sweet dishes. If you have signed up to bring the 20th potato salad you may be asked to bring something else. Get in first so this doesn't happen to you!

BEST PRACTICES FOR FOOD SERVICE & SAFETY
Since it's summer we need to make sure dishes we are bringing are easy to serve and eat. We must ensure they are safe for consumption.

-- Your dish can be homemade or purchased.

-- Please bring your dish in a read-to-serve platter, bowl, etc. and a utensil for serving your dish, if necessary.

-- All dishes must be safe to be served at room temperature. They are no facilities for reheating dishes at the venue.

-- All dishes should be able to be eaten easily with a fork.

-- If you are bringing perishable food, please take care to store and transport it safely. Use a cooler bag and ice packs.
