What we expect from you:

Posting multiple times a week and also providing engagement on social media on our posts, not just posts about your product.

All Vendors will provide there own table and displays.

Once a week check in on your booth

A positive attitude, desire to learn and grow, drive traffic to the store.

*Special note there will be no sharing of Vendor Booth Space.

What you may sell:

Our goal is for This & That LLC to have something for everyone and that no one leaves without a bag in their hands! That being said, we want our store to be filled with with a little bit of this and little bit of that for everyone.

What you may not sell:

Used items (vintage and repurposed furniture is okay)

Counterfeit products

Trademarked items

Weapons

CDs, DVDs, and tapes

Political items

Used Clothing

Returns & Exchanges

Returns of vendor items will not be accepted at This & That LLC. The only exception to this policy is for items that were damaged at the time of purchase. Such items will be held for you until your next visit.

Marketing:

We will post in local Facebook groups and on Facebook, Instagram and google. You may also provide your own photos for us to post if you’d like by emailing them to thisandthatfortwayne@gmail.com . We again ask you to also do your own marketing to help promote your items.

We will host at least one in-store event per month

Paid advertisements and more.

Inventory Management:

This & That LLC will be using a POS software system but vendors will not be able to check their sales without coming in or sending an email to thisandthatfortwayne@gmail.com .

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

We do have security cameras.

Vendor Fee:

Your monthly vendor booth fee is due on the 5th of each month. This & That LLC will net out your sales proceeds for your vendor booth fee and will send out a invoice prior of rent being due for any balance due for your vendor booth fee that must be paid by the 5th of each month. If payment is not made vendors will be emailed an invoice for the remaining balance and will have a 5-day grace period to pay the invoice. You will not receive your payout until your rent has been paid. After your 5-day grace period, This & That LLC will remove your items from the vendors booth and hold them along with your payout until your rent is paid. After 30 days, This & That LLC reserves the right to take ownership.

Payouts:

Vendors will receive payouts on the 5th of each month via Square. Vendors will receive 90% of their total sales, less Vendor Booth Fee. This & That LLC will receive 10%. If a payout occurs during a weekend or a holiday, payouts will be available the following business day.

Sales Tax:

This & That LLC will collect and pay all sales tax on behalf of its vendors.

Non-Disparagement Clause:

Vendors agree to refrain from making any statements, whether online or otherwise that could disparage or negatively affect the reputation of This & That LLC. The intention of this clause is to promote a positive business partnership and foster an environment of mutual respect. Breach of this clause will result in termination of the membership.

Term:

At the conclusion of the first term, ( 3 months ) or sooner for non communication from vendor, no sales, no promotion, no set up within first month and booth vacant for more than 5 days the lease can be terminated by This & That LLC. We shall have a rolling renewal and the term shall be extended for 3 month periods unless terminated under the provisions of this agreement. At the end of each term, vendors can end their lease by providing 30 days written notice. Once the 30-day notice period is over, This & That LLC reserves the right to move and take ownership of any abandoned vendor inventory and displays to clear space for the next vendor.
