3. Registration will only be accepted upon complete reception of this form and of the bank transfer receipt of full payment.
4. All bank charges and fees are the responsibility of the participant. Personal cheques are NOT accepted.
5. Once the registration has been paid, there will be no refunding whatsoever.
6. In the case of multi-authored papers, each attending author must pay her/his own individual registration.
