Bloom Collective Retail Vendor and Workshop Interest Form
Hello local vendors and instructors! Thank you for your interest in working with our new and improved event and hangout space. Our retail space is also a collaboration with Hummingbird Market. Please read everything carefully and reach out to Taylor (gather@bloomcollective.us) with any specific questions that aren't answered below.

DISCLAIMER: Filling out this interest form doesn't guarantee your acceptance as a vendor or instructor. We will be looking through form entries on a rolling basis based on what kinds of products are needed. We will reach out to you if your work is a good fit and if we have space available. Don't be discouraged if you don't hear back from us right away!

For the retail space: We are currently looking for 10-15 vendors to display their work. As the space expands, we will hopefully have room for even more vendors. Spaces will range in size but will average around 3-4ft of shelf or tabletop space. Y'all can fill up your space however you like as long as you provide a way for customers to pay you (ex: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal) with a visible QR code or payment link. Bloom Collective cannot process any transactions for you so please make sure all your items are priced correctly.

Bloom Collective will take a small monthly fee of $25 for vendor spaces. This will help go towards our staff who will be keeping an eye on your spaces. We can also bag your items for customers as well. Vendors can rent retail space on a month to month basis.

Guidelines and demographics: Bloom Collective (formerly The Burnt Pot) has a wide range of customers but our main demographics are feminine customers aged 30-50, who not only love hemp products but adjacent items like plants and gift items. We are mainly interested in vendors who have high quality, handmade products that will align with our primary demographics. At this time we cannot accept any ingestible products (food, drink mixes, tinctures etc), political or religious themed products.

For workshops: If you're interested in teaching a workshop with us, please fill out the relevant questions below to tell us more about your workshop idea! We are open to all kinds of classes.

Guidelines for classes: Bloom will be responsible for creating ticket links and a flyer for your workshop so it can easily be seen by all our customers! We do take a 30% fee for use of the space, marketing, day-of setup, and staffing. If you don't hear back from us within 7 days of filling out this form, please email us at gather@bloomcollective.us
