Do you request a installment plan? *
Details  Signing up for the installment plan means half the full payment is due upon registration, while the second half is due by September 15th.  If not on a installment plan, or requesting financial aid, the full amount is due up-front.  There is no guarantee of a refund should the second payment not be made by the second indicated date.
