Healthcare Training Program Registration
Training Begins: CLASS WILL START LATE FALL 2018
Our Healthcare Administrative Training Programs prepare participants for administrative healthcare roles including medical reception, scheduling, admissions, billing, information, entry level management and unit coordinator positions.
Learn about insurance concepts, medical terminology, EPIC systems, keyboarding and how to provide a high level of customer service in a healthcare setting.

We currently offer two Healthcare programs:

The Healthcare Scheduler Training Program (HSTP) is a 6 week program with afternoon classes held Monday through Thursday, 1:00 am to 5:00pm. No alternative schedules are offered.

Our Healthcare Administrative Training Program (HATP) is a 7 week annual program offered every spring with daytime classes held Monday through Thursday, 1:00 am to 5:00pm. No alternative schedules are offered. The program is followed by two weeks of full-time internships, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

You will also receive job coaching, help making a resume for a construction job and learn the tricks of interviewing to make you a strong candidate for your new job in the construction industry.

Please contact Laura Hiebing, the Healthcare Training Programs manager, for current class schedules and upcoming program application deadlines. If a training program is not currently scheduled, your application will be kept on file and you will be added to a waitlist to be notified when the next training class is available. All training is free to those who qualify and are selected to participate in the program. Please be aware that spaces are limited. All candidates will follow the same screening procedure.
