If you need to adjust your availability, please reach out to your supervisor. Once the schedule is published per your availability, you are expected to work those shifts.
Schedules are typically posted 4-6 weeks in advance.
We prefer time off requests to be submitted this far out, although 2 weeks is minimum.
You will need to request time off in Paylocity in order to not be scheduled for any days you have indicated as available. Requests must be at least 2 weeks in advance and approval is dictated by our approval process. If you need a copy of this policy, reach out to your supervisor.
