SBCPC 2024 - Exhibitor Application
As a reminder, this application is for the 2024 Pastors' Conference Exhibit Hall ONLY.  Those interested in Exhibiting as part of the SBC Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall will need to apply on the SBC Annual Meeting website: www.sbcannualmeeting.net. Applicants who have been denied participation in the Annual Meeting exhibit hall will NOT be permitted to exhibit in the Pastors' Conference. 

Please complete the following information to apply as an Exhibitor for the 2024 Pastors' Conference. Application is not a guarantee or reservation of any exhibitor opportunity or space. Exhibitor is considered "CONFIRMED" upon the execution of an Exhibitor Agreement. SBCPC and the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention reserve the right to deny any organization that does not align with the Statement of Faith and Guidelines set forth by the SBCPC and SBCEC. 

Booth Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Booth sizes are available in both 10x10, 10x20 (based on availability) and 20x20 (rare availability). Booth location selection will be open to exhibitors upon application approval. Pricing listed below includes pipe and drape, carpeting, table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket. Additional items, including but not limited to furniture, internet, electricity, labor, storage, etc. will be at the expense of the Exhibitor and arranged through the convention center.

Pastors' Conference Exhibit Hall tear down takes place at the conclusion of the Pastors' Conference on June 10th from 9pm-11:30pm. Will a member of your team be available during this time to tear down? *
Pastors' Conference Exhibit Booths MUST be staffed during ALL sessions of the Pastors' Conference on Sunday evening (3pm-9pm) and Monday (7am-9pm). Will you have staff at your booth during the duration of the Pastors' Conference. *
