The number of attendees is limited for Zoom licence reasons. The registration will be closed early if the maximum number of participants is reached. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Data is collected for the purpose of tracking conference attendance and will be released to stakeholders only, and no personal information, aside from your name and email address, is mandatory to submit. Any personal data submitted concerning institutions / nationality (and all other data) will be processed under lawful processing criteria (detailed here https://dataprotection.ie/en/organisations/know-your-obligations/lawful-processing), with full consent of the participant, not to be shared with anyone but the conference organizers. All data will be collected and stored securely in accordance with UCD's and NUIG's Data Protection Policy (http://www.ucd.ie/dataprotection/procedures8.htm; https://www.nuigalway.ie/data-protection/). Mandatory data (email address) will be retained for a week after the conference to email certificates of attendance, and will not be retained after that point. All non-mandatory fields, if the participant chooses to provide that information, will not be retained after the conference.
