FY26 Credential Assistance Program Survey - Required Info
Welcome to Cape Fear Aviation Flight Training. We are excited to help you achieve your aviation goals. In order to best accommodate all who want to pursue their Flight Training with us, please fill out the following survey. 

Active Duty Service Members are eligible for $1000 CA Program money to be used for flight training each fiscal year. They are also eligible for $3,000 to use towards a Ground Instructor course. 

Reserve and Guard Service Members are still eligible for $4,000 each fiscal year for flight training.

Flight training requires us to prove that you are a US citizen. We will need you to provide either of these documents for us to make a copy of by your second flight.

You can choose both a flight option and a Ground Instructor if you are interested in getting quotes for both.

Specifically, are you currently a rotary pilot. If so, are you commercial and instrument rated.
When do you want to start your training? *
From the day you submit your quote to the Army Ignited website, it will be 45 business days until you get approved and can start flying. You will be able to start ground school while you are waiting. You can also start flying if you want to pay out of pocket until your CA funding gets approved.

When are you hoping to be done with your training? *
Typically if you are able to come in 2-3 times a week consistently, you can finish your training in about 3 months. If you come in only once a week, it may take you up to a year to finish given weather and aircraft maintenance.

You will have one year to finish your training once your quote is accepted. We need to know if there is any reason you need/want to be done by a specific date.
